This week’s vibe? Building deep self trust and the mind gremlins…
IT HAS BEEN A WEEEEEK!!
It's been one of those weeks where time has gone both fast and slow. I was back at the hospitals I had my surgery and chemo in to get the latest round of follow up scans. Whilst I don't feel anything is wrong, there is always that mind gremlin “but what if there is… you'll look like a right dick writing this if there is won't you?!"
I've learnt to distinguish the voice of my overly harsh inner critic, and actually now have also created an Oracle card dedicated to her (see below) - after all, she is only trying to keep me safe, though if she had her way all I'd do all day is write emails and watch Netflix on rotation. ‘Productive’ yet not really achieving anything.
My Q for you:
Is your inner Judge overly harsh like mine? Can you be kinder to yourself and stop putting so much pressure on yourself? Can you see that the pressure doesn't actually create the results you really want?

To mark the occasion that it's been 3 Years since my diagnosis and what a huge milestone it is, whilst also recognising I'm a rare Triple 3 in Numerology, I decided to set up a special ‘3’ portal with some one-off offerings.
I sent one email and put one post on Instagram about it, then life got in the way. I was called back into hospital for an extra scan (they are being extra vigilant), but the mind gremlins came back big time.
“What if I put this out there and make a song and dance about it and then the scans show something terrible?”
So I'm taking the risk and sharing anyway - and I'm sure no one is actually going to call me a dick for having the courage to believe I'm never going through cancer again(!)
