Like many of you, I’ve walked through my own journey of healing, self-discovery, and growth—and it’s brought me to a place of deep purpose: empowering women to reclaim their voices, their power, and their divine potential. (Who’d have thought a cancer diagnosis aged 39 would have led me here?!)

For years, I felt like I was just skimming the surface of my own transformation.

A lifelong student, I was always taking some course around self-development. But all the information stayed intellectual and not embodied - I was hoping each new course would be a ‘silver bullet’.

It was only after my cancer diagnosis in 2022 when I started working much more deeply with Human Design, Numerology and Astrology that I truly understood myself and stepped into my power. I become more ME.

Through this work, I’ve uncovered something profound:

The stories we carry as women are not just our own. They are threads woven into a much larger tapestry—

an ancient, collective story of women who have been silenced, dismissed, or shamed for their power.

Tapping into this collective energy was both humbling and electrifying. It reminded me of what I’ve always known deep down: that my work in this life is to honour these stories by helping women today reclaim their truth and stand boldly in their power.

I believe we’re stepping into a new era of Divine Feminine energy. Especially as we move beyond the “nice girl” expectations of youth and into the Wise Woman phase of life in our mid to late 30s, we’re being called to lead—not from a place of ego, but from our hearts, our wisdom, and our lived experiences.

This isn’t about fitting into society’s old narratives; it’s about creating new ones.

That’s why I’m here: to guide, inspire, and empower women to embrace their authentic selves, let go of what no longer serves, and step into their full radiance.

Through the programs and content I create, like The Wise Woman Transits, I hope to give you the tools and space to rediscover yourself, reconnect with your power, and shine as the leader you were always meant to be.

We’re stronger together, and our collective ripple can change the world. Let’s rise, reclaim, and lead with the grace and power of the Divine Feminine.
