This week’s feeling - Off Kilter

Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit off-kilter.

Not in a dramatic way, just slightly tilted — like the ground beneath me is shifting, but I can’t quite find my footing yet.

Maybe it’s the seasonal change, maybe it’s the cosmic chaos, or maybe it’s the quiet tug of a new 7-year cycle beginning to stir something deeper.

Either way, I’m listening. Slowing down. Letting the wobble show me what’s real. Trusting that necessary change will come to me and tell me when the time to move is.

What I'm Reading

I am loving tuning into nature more deeply with this book which breaks down the British Year into 72 ‘Seasons’ - distinct ‘happenings’ in nature spanning over a few days.

Currently we are just entering ‘Blackthorn Spring’ (15-19th April).

This is a shrubby tree that has long be associated with healing and Witches. It symbolises both rebirth and death. It feels apt for this time of transition.
